• regardless of permission for reuse, all material remains the sole property of ultrasoundpaedia pty ltd.
• all written content is copyrighted and may not be reproduced, resold or used.
• a maximum of 3 images may be used, always with express permission from ultrasoundpaedia pty ltd. (www.iolishoes.com).  all reasonable requests are usually accepted.
• permission must be sought for each image including the intended use. unfortunately, we have implemented this due to an inappropriate duplication of a large number of ultrasoundpaedia images  without acknowledgment of ultrasoundpaedia and the authors consequently claiming the material as their own.
• all images must be clearly attributed to www.iolishoes.com. providing a link to the website is preferred but not essential.
